A course of study leading to a Master’s degree in Music (M.Mus), designed to train composers at an advanced level through specialization and focused study in their principal discipline. Alongside the development of each student’s individual artistic voice, as a direct continuation of undergraduate studies at the Academy, this Master’s degree track is also intended to cultivate the ability and motivation to initiate artistic projects, with the aim of contributing to the emergence of cultural, educational, and artistic leadership. This track may also serve as a preparatory stage toward doctoral studies.
The curriculum enables students in each area of specialization to deepen their knowledge of cultural traditions, while also remaining continually informed of current trends and emerging fields in the various musical styles in Israel and worldwide.
